Steelers quick punt glitch:
On 4th down with the Steelers go to shotgun normal with one tight end and three wide receivers. Select "Quick Punt." When you snap the ball your quarterback will quickly punt the ball. Run to the ball and just start running for a touchdown. If the ball goes out of the endzone the other team gets a safety. This only works on 4th down.

Better agents in superstar mode:
To make more agents want to sign with you, answer the interview questions as a team player.

Avoid injuries:
If you think your player has just gotten injured, hurry up the play and they should get back up.

Cheaper players in franchise mode:
In the off season when re-signing a player, you can save money by changing a players position. Go to the roster and player management to change their position. You must have an excess of players in the position you are changing from to allow the players position to be changed.

First round picks:
To get first round picks, turn off the trade deadline. At the last week of the season, trade for first round picks with the team that has the worst record.

Control kickoff/punt bounce direction:
Hold L2 and use the d-pad to control the direction you want the ball to bounce during a kickoff or punt.

Unlock the following teams/players by pressing the corresponding sequences of buttons at the main menu:

3 or 4 human players on same team:
To play with four players on the same team, do the following: Player 2 must be using a wireless controller. Turn three controllers on, and choose the same team with the first two controllers. To get four human players on the same team do the above and press start on controller 3. Turn controllers 1 and 2 off. With controller 3 go to the controller setup and move player 4 to the same team as player 3. Turn controllers 1 and 2 back on just before resuming the game.

1st round picks:
Turn off the trade deadline. At the last week of the season trade for first round picks with the team that has the worst record.

Bonus teams:
To unlock NFC hall of fame, AFC hall of fame, dummies, glaciers, receivers, and tridents, defeat them in Fantasy Challenge mode. They are in the Supreme league. You can also buy their Madden cards for 100 tokens.

Hide plays from friends:
To hide a play, hold X while the play you want to select is highlighted. Then, move to another play while continuing to hold X. Release X to go to the field.

Trade for any player:
To trade a low rated player for a player who's rating is much higher, first turn off the salary cap. Select the player you want to trade for, go to "Edit Player", and change his position to one that he does not normally play. For example, if he is a wide receiver, then change his position to a quarterback. You will now be able to trade your lowest rated player for him. After you make the trade go back to "Edit Player" and change his position back to his original position.

Superstar mode: 99 overall rookie:

Create a player at the position you want to play at. Make sure he is a rookie and set his overall to 99. Save your roster. Next, go to Career mode and select "Become a Superstar". Next, select "Play as NFL Rookie". Your superstar should be at the top of the list.

Secret messages:
When you score 500 career touchdowns a message will display "Congratulations from the Madden NFL 10 team! Brett who?"

When you score 112 points in Franchise mode a message will appear at the bottom of the screen.

Get twelve interceptions in a game to see a secret message.

To easily steal a base, in Career mode when you are on second base with two outs, tap R1 to step out. Keep tapping R1 until the runner goes for third base. The pitcher will throw to second base and then to third, giving you more than enough time to reach base safely.

MLB 08: The Show PS3 Cheats

All Classic stadiums:
To unlock all Classic stadiums, at the main menu press down, right, circle, square, left, triangle, up, L1. This works in Exhibition mode.

All Golden and Silver era players:
To unlock all Golden and Silver era players, at the main menu press L1, L2, square(x2), triangle, circle, down.

Easy Training points:
Earn 5 points in 'Road To The Show' mode by catching an infield pop-up as a pitcher.

Cheap wins:
When you hit a ball into the ground or fly out, pause game play. Enter the "Controller Select" screen then choose the other team. Make them throw the ball to the wrong base or miss the fly ball.

Stealing home:
This trick will work for almost any created players with pretty low speed in Road To The Show mode. When on third base, take as many steps as you can off the bag. As soon as you see the "Step Back" button flash yellow repeatedly, tap R1. This will cause your player to bolt for home plate. Continue to tap R1. Because you are already three steps off the base by the time the third baseman throws it to home, you will already be safe. This works about 90% of the time, and you will not even have to dive.

Cheap free agents:
During the free agent signing period in Franchise mode, you can offer a very low salary to any free agent. If they have no offers besides yours at the end of the signing period, they will sign with you.

MLB 09: The Show PS3 Cheats

Road To The Show: Increasing discipline:In Road To The Show mode, when in a batting session, take every pitch. You will not lose points when you take strikes, and your discipline goes up by 5 points for every pitch that you take that is a ball.

More money in Franchise mode during free agency or season:
Complete your first season in franchise. Begin the next season and there should be some great free agents that can be acquired. However when you try to sign one, you may not have enough funds. To bypass this, go to "Manage Roster", select a player, and go to "Edit Player". Scroll until you find "Contract". This will show their current contract (for example, $1.4 million and 4 years) and each year's salary. It also gives you the option to decrease or add a year, or even drop his salary very low in the final year, etc. For example, as the Cubs select Lee. Max his contract out to ten years, and set it to the lowest amount on each year ($300,000). Save the game and go back to free agency. Easy healing:
To refill your health, enter a vehicle for a few seconds and then exit. Your health shield will be completely healed.

Finding radio tags:
Purchase the satellite locator upgrade with recovered salvage at any safehouse. Get a vehicle and drive around. When you get within range of a radio tag, a small pulsing green dot will appear on your map that will indicate the location of a missing tag.

Easy "Super Hammer" cheat::
The "Super Hammer" cheat requires 100 kills with the sledgehammer. To easily unlock it, go to dust near the chemical depot that is near the Badlands. Kill a few guards and go back out of the depot. Wait for cars to come by and take them from the civilians and the guerrillas. Form a wall using these cars with only two openings just big enough for people to fit through. Wait for the EDF to start coming in through the holes. Take out the sledgehammer and start bashing in heads. If they start trying to bash the car wall, blow up their cars. You can use the sledgehammer, but it will take awhile. Try using the explosives, because the kills do not have to be consecutive. Keep doing this until you have killed enough EDF.

Insane difficulty:
To unlock Insane difficulty, complete Campaign mode.

Repair a vehicle:
To repair a vehicle, use Guerilla Express while inside it. The vehicle can then be found near in or near the camp you traveled to.

Another way to repair your vehicle is to exit it near the end of a mission and then return to it after completing the mission. It will be repaired when you return to it.
