telemarketing on cell phones

In the last two days I recieved a telemarketing call to my Cell phone . The first one was informing my vehicle warranty was expired. No kidding since I drive a 15 year old car anyway, it was safe to say that my car is out of warranty. The second number was trying to sell me health insurance. Well I have health insurance, and probably wouldn't buy health insurance from a company that resorted in telemaketing. So I decided to post the numbers of the ones that called me.

Feel free to call these numbers and harass them as much as you like, thank you.

I actually missed the call for the last number, Tried to call back, and failed. I searched it on google, it supposedly belongs to a company called "Ember" in oregon.
I live in michigan.
How the bloody hell do they get those kind of phone numbers?

Telemarketing on Cell Phones? Wow! That is so new. I don't believe that they are now calling from cell phones. Telemarketing is getting more powerful.
